Know this video is many years old, I just recently bout this one model and boy I needed help in the worst way. After about couple of hours I checked to see if there was any tutorials out there and hold and behold u are my savior. I’m making this and the elephant for a friend and ur a life savior. Bought this for my wife while she was pregnant. My son is 3 now and I've finally assembled this puzzle lol. Good tutorial. The puzzle has a pole piece that goes through it and use can turn until its tight to keep the puzzle together on the big cat, mine didn't fit and I had to use a lighter+knife to carve out the head hole until it fit then sand down the bottom until it was level. Also the ears tend to not fit the slots right until I used hot glue, so buyer beware.

Yeah sometimes that happens to me because it's sort of just sitting on the top, but one thing you could do is tape it on. If you use clear tape, it's barely noticeable and it will keep it on. Or, you can just set it on top and not move it. Hope this helps! :)

This was great!! Thank-you! I paused as you showed each piece so that I could find them, &, after the first couple of pieces, I was able to figure out where each piece went. The kitten was a snap & I did that all on my own, but I don't know if I'd have had the umption right now to try it on my own if I'd not done the big cat along with your video first. 🤗🙂 Some day I'll take the big cat apart & see how much of it I can do on my own, with your video for reference & just in case. This is the 2nd 3D crystal puzzle i have done and it has been more challenging than i thought it would be. Its more like putting together a lego model than a puzzle. And it doesn't have instructions so this video has been a big help. Thank you for posting!!

Holding the piece up long enough is not the problem. We can always pause the video to search for the piece. It's when you turn it or position it off camera where we can't see it and then you suddenly have it where it belongs, we can't see how it is positioned or how it fits.

I had to come here to figure out how to get the stick in place. I had no idea what the key was for! My very first puzzle is several years old and the stick holder just went into place and keeps it together no problem. So I wasn't sure about this one.

I would suggest taking the ones you know aren’t are put aside when you do that pause at the piece and pick each one up and look. I couldn’t find it either at first but once it did that it was much easier

Thank you for the video. Many of the pieces look alike. I had trouble sorting them. Maybe in a future video you could tell us what piece number we're on so we could track our progress. It might help us find the next piece easier.

The pieces could've been manufactured wrong. It sucks but it can happen. I don't know how the pieces are, but it might help to put tape on the outside if the problem is that the pieces are too small.

My daughter got this for Christmas. We worked on it for hours several days in a row and were so frustrated we almost threw it away. It sat on the counter for months and we finally decided to try again. We found your video and were able to complete it within an hour. Amazing! Thank you so much. The only thing I suggest is that you say “this is piece number __”. That would have helped too but we were able to figure it out. Thank you so much!!

In case it hasn't already been mentioned, could you please tell the part number as you added to the puzzle, for example "this is part #12" or "this is part #15", etc. We sometimes lose our place because these puzzles are so confusing to begin with. Once again great work and we look forward to more.

P.S. You were doing so great until the ending. When you decided to speed things up at the end, you kinda broke your cadence, rhythm and stride, and added a little more "tension" to finishing it off. I think you should maintain that same beautiful, slow, deliberate pattern that you started with. Nevertheless, one of the best 3-D helper videos that I have seen here. Thanks again.

Oh no! Well you can use clear tape on the outside of the puzzle and that will hold it together. That really sucks I don't know what else you could do but return it. I hope you figure it out! :)

I’m grateful you made this video. IMO, the pieces on the “online instructions” look nothing like the actual pieces. This was my first 3D puzzle. You had great pace. And if you’re going to fast, there’s a pause button one can press!!!
