Thank you very much for the video. It was like a time-travel to 18th/19th century. The city looks very much like Amasya, Safranbolu, and some parts of Bursa, Eskisehir, Ankara and Tokat in Turkiye. We are really grateful to our Albanian brothers. They did a magnificent job in preserving Ottoman architecture. They definitely did a better job than Turkiye. Hence, they deserve all the praise and ovation. Old Ottoman houses rely heavily on wood. It is very difficult to take care of wooden structures. One large fire is enough to consume a whole neighborhood and a city sometimes, and the damage is usually irreversible. That is why most Ottoman houses didn't survive to present-day as opposed to many European cities where architecture was based on bricks/stones. All the best.

There are options for Vegetarians, my wife is almost a vegetarian! And she didn’t struggle. She eats chicken sometimes but mostly prefers veg and there were enough options
