Imo, PED users should use metformin, natural athletes Berberine simply due to no fertility sides. Metformin is covered by insurance and absorbed better. Both strong epigenetic modulators, but metformin has more studies in that department. The very recent animal/in vivo studies on molecular mechanisms of berberine are very fascinating!

Interesting thought, I would also support this. Metformin’s anti-androgenic behaviour would put me off suggesting it for any natural athlete

Berberine by itself doesn’t have a high bioavailability, it’s better to combine it with Milk Thistle Silymarin.

Facts, also both have synergistic effects regardless of silymarin boosting berberines absorption by inhibiting p-glycoprotein and modulating epigenetics by itself as well.

With berberine it’s not about absorption, most of its effects come from its modulation of the gut microbiome

I noticed I never grew as good when I was supplementing berberine. I took it for 6 months and I personally never gained any new mass. That's just me baseing it on me though.

Hello Dr, just catching up on some of your videos about anavar only. I was thinking of 8 weeks at 40mg but wanted to bring enclomiphene on board but not sure how to take it. Does taking it along side the anavar at week 4 and continuing the use of it until 2/3 weeks after the cycle has ended sound sufficient? (Enclo doses at 6.25 every day)
