Some people confuse direct communication as anger. We living in a time of the internet. Social media has most people comfortable with communication as indirect or shaded. I’m old-school. If I have something to say I’ll say it directly to the person. Doesn’t mean I’m angry, it means I’m communicating. Sometimes when we don’t release that energy (which may sound like anger to a person) it’ll transfer to people that was never meant to receive it like kids, or love ones. I’m all for communicating.

I just been so angry every day for months and I've been hiding my anger from others saying I'm better but it's not true. I literally cry at work until I'm ready to go back to work and that isn't good for obvious reasons...I hope this helps I'm tired of being angry, resenting, and hating others...I never used to be like this. I just want to be happy and and I'm everything but...

Hope reminds the soul that this is temporary. God takes messy people and makes them into messengers. ❤️ Never speak too loud so the opponent thinks you’re about to give up. Therapy helps history, this helps destiny. Some people are graced for certain people. Love your wife to such an extent that she’ll forget she was ever heartbroken. Everybody is getting the residue of what’s stressing you. Fear based anger - I’m scared of rejection. Pain based anger - you’re hurt so you gotta hurt them. Jealous based anger - so caught up on what God is doing in their life or want to reap their benefits. Tantrum based anger - manipulative and controlling because I can’t have my way. Righteous based anger - towards injustice. 1. Prolonged anger always sabotages it’s landlord. Anger hurts you more than anyone else. Are you paying more for its value to keep? Anger that goes unchecked is hazardous. God deals with what’s in our carryon of our soul. 2. Anger must have a curfew. Anger lodges in the heart of fools. Anger for a moment, favor is for life. Weeping for a night, but joy comes in the morning. You are acting with spiritual maturity when you can be angry and hurt no one. 3. Forgive yourself as you forgive them. 4. Figure out the shadow. Until I figure out the why, I won’t know the technique. 5. Abound in hope.
