This word was for me today. After falling back into temptation yesterday, my spirit this morning was so heavy, so convicted. I've fallen short again. It felt like what shame Eve must've felt when she ate of the tree and hid in shame. But what I know is my God can redeem any situation. Instead of hiding I went to the Lord and laid it on the alter. I know I'm not always strong enough but my God is. And in my weakness he's made strong. My prayer was "Father, transform my failures into your victories." That's my prayer from this word also. That God would get the glory for the secrets we bring to Him. The enemy tries to take, steal, kill, and destroy but there's nothing that can be taken when we ask Christ to make us whole again. Jesus, get the victory!

They was the first and only people that should have praised and celebrated JESUS, to be honest. Because they knew about the prophecy and what the scripture said. This is a word! I had to learn that I had issues with setting boundaries and people pleasing and it was due to my childhood experiences and inheriting my parents' emotional issues. I had to go to therapy to get behind the "why". From fears of rejection and abandonment, doing things to keep others around. I had to learn to have self-respect and self-love. We need to talk more about this topic. Too many of us think being "loyal" means putting up with everyone's nonsense for the sake of love. And to put other's first (I was taught this). Working on my growing and healing.
