This Time, I'm Going To Enjoy It | King Encounters | Part 5 | Jerry Flowers Problems are invitations for the miraculous. Your worship can fix your focus from the problem to the problem solver. It shifts from the mess to the Messiah. Praise for what He's done, what He's doing, and what He will do. Worship is thanking God for who He is. Every closed door is not God trying to discourage you, but direct you that your favor is somewhere else. God gives you favor in spaces and places and with people who matter to your assignment. The favor of God can take you places hustling can't. Favor is an usher. Happiness is temporary and fleeting, but joy is eternal and can only be found in our King, Jesus. Happiness root wall is happenings, because your emotional welfare rests on the seesaw of what happens to you today. The pursuit of happiness is the pursuit of misery. One of the most valuable assets you have is JOY. JOY is a fruit and for kingdom exclusive, honor the kingdom. JOY is when your heart is full of gladness because you know and believe this simple truth: God got me. If it can burn, or rust -- it should not give you JOY. JOY is a byproduct of a King encounter. The way we get the King's stuff is being intimate with the King. JOY is not a destination you arrive at, but a pathway you choose to believe. JOY happens when we don't let overthinking vandalize our imagination. JOY is the barometer of spiritual intimacy. JOY is not when you are trying to hold it altogether, but when you let God hold you which reminds you that all things work together. No more will you eat crumbs that fell off the table of discouragement, but Jesus will gave you real JOY. John 2:1-11 Verse 3 - they have no JOY Verse 10 - they have new JOY Wine is symbolic of JOY Something is ending when something is beginning. What in your life has to end so that your JOY can begin? Your JOY is married to your King encounter. I'm gonna forgive myself for all the times I left me chasing them. FATHER GIVE ME UNEXPLAINABLE JOY SO THAT SORROW CAN NO LONGER HOLD ME HOSTAGE!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 You could be surrounded by people who's stealing your joy. Are you surrounded by people who can't discern you JOY is low? Real friends hear you when you go silent. When your heart heals, so does your vision. How you heal is how you see. If your heart is broken, your focus will be broken. Numbers 13:23-30 Giants are there for intimidation purposes ONLY. What do you focus on a day by day basis? The giants or the grapes. 1.) Am I surrounded by JOY robbers? John 15:1 Why do you keep responding to that text & going to that place? Joy robbers play the victim for crimes they committed. Joy robbers will drink all your JOY but paint you as the victim. Joy robbers are sabotaging all of their healthy relationships to maintain the self narrative that people always abandon me. It's not my JOB to try to convince you to see me correctly. It's not my JOB for me to get you to see me correctly. 2.) The power of intercession We serve a God that's on a schedule - it's not the appointed time The miracle is married to you following instructions. Intercession leads to intervention. If something is concerning to you, it's concerning to God.
