The camp she was held got under British managment after 2 weeks.. If you think of it is kinda long time for someone suffering from typhus. Just think that Peter (Anne's friend) died just 2-3 days before his camp was taken..
@ameliaharper77427 жыл бұрын
I read something from 2015 where they think Anne actually died in February. People who saw her at Belsen mentioned that she was showing signs of Typhus around the 7th of February and it took about 12 days for the person to die from the disease so she would have died about a month or so before Liberation rather than 2 weeks

¿Why did Anne Frank die?
@CloudicriesalotАй бұрын
@@Tania-Hania she was Jewish in the world war 2 and hitler hated Jews so any Jew he find he sent them to concentration camps, starving them, using gas chambers to kill them, and shoot them, it wasn’t only Jews, but a week before liberation, (getting out) Anne died of a disease called typhus and her sister died too, their father Otto, was the only one in the family who lived, he sadly died 1980 tho. He published her book and rewrote some of the pastes as they described the changes in her body, and that’s personal.

she couldn't have hold on that long before the British came, she was already in such a horrendous state, from what I read poor Anne was literally a walking skeleton, they say you could see her cheek bones protruding out her face. it is terrible what those racists nazis did to the Jews. no one deserve such dehumanization. no one.

@deborahbrooks5667Ай бұрын
not sure why it is funny. Hers was found in the rubble left after the police raided the annex. Rarely would they just get the people and arrest them but they would take papers, books, documents to examine in case they help important information.
@chermokaАй бұрын
@@deborahbrooks5667 funny is used as a sarcasm (if you don't know what that is, Google it) and do not lecture me on what the N**i did at that time, because I know. All I am saying is that it is "strange" how come Miep "found" only Anne's "book" and nothing else. And of course the N**is would take any suspicious documentation. That goes down in every war (bad but true) Miep did not get arrested. Good on her. She lived to a 100. If only she had "found" the other writings from those kids, we would have had a better and bigger picture on their lives in hiding. And of course, Otto would make more money selling the edited version of the diary. Have you read the thing. Very well written,so much detail.

Her mother died at Auschwitz. The video was shot at Bergen Belsen where Anne and Margot died. And those aren't the only memorials at Bergen Belsen. There are thousands and thousands of cobblestones with engraved serial numbers each one representing a murdered. There are just a few headstones because there were only a few people whose names could be investigated.
