Bergen County residents frustrated by flooding after back-to-back storms

Build those houses on top of each other and see what you get. Poor planning and no greens spaces.

That area was a known flood zone when those houses were constructed in the 40s and 50s. When those houses went up they flooded once or twice a decade. Now they flood multiple times a year. It's time to tear down all the houses in known flood zones and leave the land as green space.
