In an effort to preserve the history of Superstorm Sandy’s impact on Monmouth County, New Jersey, the film was produced by the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office and directed by New York Emmy-Award winning filmmaker Adam Worth. The 20-minute documentary focuses on Monmouth County’s preparations, reactions, and reconstruction efforts resulting from the storm. It also features never-before-seen footage taken in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy and interviews with County officials, first responders, and others who lived through it.
The film will be preserved by the Archives Division of the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office for future generations, residents, and historians.
