Timothy, such a beautiful home, I just love the floor plan. Just a couple of changes I would have made, the first would be to have a walkout from the basement. Also, (and really important to me) to have a much larger area as a pantry storage room in the basement since I spend several weeks a year canning and doing food meal preps and I have seen homes where there is a food preppers pantry in the basement that also holds your freezers, dehydrators, and freeze-dryer so that you can literally do your daily shopping right from home, making it possible to only have to do a couple of massive shopping trips a year. Also, you missed showing us the bonus room upstairs (third level). There was another set of stairs leading up to it from the second-floor hallway, I would have loved to have seen that. Thanks so much for showing this home to us. I love watching your showcases, it helps me dream, thank you, and God Bless.

Dining area with the built in glassed door china cabinets and all very nice. Once that pool is full I'm gone for Many hours and will make a nice view from inside especially the master bedroom view. Thanks once again I know I've seen this tour before but went back to see some again.

This is a lovely home, The only thing I'd change is the colors in some of the bedrooms And the bathrooms. Bit over all a nice home.

I love the flooring but the laundry room being in the front of the house is weird. It's like the whole left side should be flipped. One of the laundry machine sets would have been great in the other half of that storage closet.

Get rid of the open shelving and put in much needed upper cabinets because again a massive space for a kitchen but very little upper cabinets. The rest of the features are nice but so far the basic floor plan in this home is so over done and you've seen and toured so many with it do they all buy the same floor plan and just tweak it a little? Kinda need some different floor plans

Y sig kept sayn each day bring me a laundry basket 🧺 down from my room he black but I say my black 1 and y I kept going back in forth to get plastic flowers 💐 1 $ store but never purchased but kept ex going back cus I could never plant anything Normandy cus all the bad ass kids up on out hood but didn’t touch Pres nor did Ash last spriNG😊

More wood trim should have continued on right side of the home. Too much white and small windows. Looks like a remodel. Front door and all doors should be no sill. Its surprising how much of an obstacle sills can be for a wheelchair or disabled. Could be the difference allowing to stay in the wondrous home. Front office a must! Great for those who don't need to see rest of the house, and prevents possible theft. Big foyer allows for moving large furniture pieces required for a home like this. Why is laundry by front door? Beautiful and efficient room, but, very inconvenient. Also need elevator and dumbwaiters. Pantry with 2 dishwashers and sink great! Have friends with similar kitchen layout. Cannot converse with anyone in family room area if you're at the stove. Too big for living. Also, intercom a must! Don't know where anyone is if they have a phone call. This home for people who entertain large parties and want to impress guests.
