Okay I know this video is pretty old, but was this the 5 day thing? I’m signed up to do it in the summer, and I can’t find much information on it. I think they changed the name to musical theater workshop?

Yes it was! It was through Berklee College, it’s called the Music Theater Workshop now from August 7-11 this summer :)
