I appreciate you showing the learning process as well as the application. when you end up in a situation where you're playing a part of one of the exercises in the real world, do you set a boundary saying "don't go there" for the sections that you tend to slip up on? or do you take the risk? I'm guessing you ended up cleaning that section with the 3lets to 16ths after what was shown in the video recording either way.

Yo Jharis, I've been following your work and your channel for about a month now. I really hope these videos will be super helpful for me. Do you have any tips for me regarding triple strokes on the single kick (~3 years, self taught)? I can do doubles pretty fast but triples always mess me up and I end up locking up during the 2nd stroke at medium tempos. It just feels like a mental thing since I can do it without thinking sometimes but every other time I try it it just doesn't seem to click.

I have a simple question that I hope you will see and find time to answer: How much difference do you find in the pedal type you use? Single/double chain, direct drive, belt?
