Fuel and nutrition is so important to run a marathon and for eliud he has someone to help him along the way! Eliud kipchoge is the athlete who gets the most attention but there is so much behind the scenes. Thank you NN for sharing the behind the scenes.

sugar, most likely. if they don't get it from the gels they need sugar in the water. glucose and fructose are essential.

@@harivarmen I'm afraid you're right about that. It's hard to believe that around that great Kipchoge almost everyone consumes performance enhancing drugs. But the best of them all by far is clean 🤣. Some has to be very naive to believe hat.
