Berlin Marathon 2024 // My 5th Star Abbott World Major // Race Day Video Diary

After 4 years from initially time qualifying for Berlin Marathon, i finally got to race Berlin Marathon on September 29th 2024 and this is my race day video diary.
It was fabulous to meet so many of you on race day and over the 4 days i was in Berlin and i hope you enjoy this raw footage.
Let me know if you were also running that day, supporting or thinking of running Berlin Marathon in the future.

@@PoetWithPace Cheers Donato. My 11th official sub 3 at Yorkshire Marathon time was a dream come true after having Covid and struggling to breathe on a run, 4 days earlier. Mainly doing crappy solo virtual marathons for foreseeable future. (In fact, I did another yesterday). Sadly, can’t book any big races and only ran Yorkshire as Harrogate Hospital gave me a charity place. I can however earn race credits at small events by volunteering and also do guide running. Just the way things are. Sorry for the ‘radio silence’. Found it very difficult watching videos of the big races as it’s a reminder of what I’m missing and also how bad things are. I put in my GFA London application because I earned that right, but once again the chances of doing it are very slim.
