I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that this is a masterpiece. I ran onto this track accidentaly, and I could not help but rewind it again and again. YT is full of berlin school, but most of those are just daily sequencing. This is a very exciting soundscape, with thoughtful composition. Thank you. I heard One, and still listen to it over and over again. Now I have to check the other pieces of the seria.

With all due respect, I disagree. I think it is what TD could have been if they did not turn into a big band. I always felt, that they lost the initial direction and never found a new one, as good as they had in the Baumann-Franke-Schmoelling era.

@ Yes, yes. And I hope you get, the "disagree" part was not for this, but the "TD like". In my youth TD was God of e-music. Their sound was absolutely out of nil, something unique. Then in 90s I felt like e-music vanished, when they (as well as JMJ) started to spray so called experimental records, but actually nothing new. It was claimed "World Music" or what, but the air was full of this easy listening. I still respect them ("with all due respect") - but those years I hated their diversion, and still today I cannot be fond of it. Long story, hard to sum it in a 2 line comment without being misunderstood. :)

@@carbonbased5041 Thank you for sharing your views, even though TD is my favorite group, I can agree with a lot of what you say. They did go through a long history and did a lot of experimental music, and a lot of what they did seem to stay on a certain level, there were still individual gems that I cherished during this time. I used these gems in my meditation practice and went deep with these songs. Having said that, I am inspired to go further than they did, with the use of frequencies that more directly move the brain into peaceful harmonics that allow emotional healing to happen, especially healing of deep traumas. It means slowing down some of their frenetic drive that appeared at one stage of their music (this is another long story). Paradoxically, I really like how many people on KZbin are doing something similar, going beyond them. I think where we can meet in view is if you understand that "like TD" means them at their best, and not the quality of every single song that they did.
