Wow! Just found this channel, as I'm exploring the option of Psychoanalytic psychotherapy for myself now that I'm going back to Spain. I got diagnosed with BPD and I got into a therapy group that was doing MBT (mentalization based therapy) in Bangalore, India, but can't find it back home. I had no idea these two concepts (psychoanalysis and MBT) were connected, and MBT in group REALLY helped (even though my BPD is not as bad as it can get for others). Thanks for this video and your work!
