Bodybuilding rose to prominence in the 70’s and 80’s thanks in part to the immense popularity of superstar Arnold Swarzenegger. Nowadays the sport appears to be making a comeback worldwide, and Bermuda is no exception. 25-year-old Jayden Goddard earlier this month became one of the youngest Bermudian bodybuilders to earn his International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness pro card and is currently preparing to make his professional debut next spring.
