Well I thought I had listened to every song you posted. I don't know how I missed this one however there is a purpose and a reason to everything. I watched you play and had some interesting reactions. Here's the flow of my reactions. first time I felt some disappointment and I thought that can't be, she plays really well. Second time I closed my eyes and pictured a phonograph record on a turntable and it sounded so different. Much more alive and brighter. Just to make sure, like a good scientist I have to check my work. So I listened to the song a third time and heard it even better like festive and happy. So I thought to myself. What was I doing just prior to clicking onto your video. I had previously clicked onto a video which turned out to be ... let's just say sober to the point of almost depressing. It's interesting how moods get micro-managed to the point that if we're not paying enough attention, an hour, a day can get really ruined. Did you know? Now I come across lots of accordion players. There's Jackson Parody but his genre is comic book hero music that was made into movies. You're in the category of Sylvia Richter and Richard Noel but they don't upload anymore but they played Roland digital. But you have currently the most diverse musical catalogue of them all and each song is a story unto itself. A journey. I haven't seen you upload anything in a while. I hope you are enjoying the rest.

Thank you very much for your critique, Richard! An appreciation or reaction to anything is dependent on their mood. As an artist I hope to be able to impart the mood I am trying to attain. I am thrilled that you think my songs tell a story in and of themselves which is exactly what I intended them to do. I'm sorry I didn't quite cut through your blue mood the first time. I am also thrilled that you think my music is so diverse. I simply can't pick a favorite genre of music so I play them all. I love to learn about new music and new genres and I am always learning. I most emphatically believe that an accordion needs reeds or else it is just a keyboard. While I do use MIDI on my of my videos, I always play an acoustic accordion and I like that sound to be dominant. The electronics simply add color. Stay tuned for some more videos coming soon. Thank you very much! Espana Cani is a Spanish paso doble, it is not Granada. But you can find Granada on my channel. Granada is more of a concert piece and it was a very popular song for classical singers. Bernadette
