I heard that beautiful guitar and asked myself, " could this be Luther's boy?" Sure enough, and what an amazing talent. As was his father. How cool!!!

Y'all might not know this, but Bernard Allison is the son of the late, great Luther Allison. No small wonder Bernard is such a powerhouse.

a great band playing a great version of the legend elmore james! our good friend bernard on the slide guitar surrounded by proper jewish bluesmen who know how to support the leader.
No one on this earth right now is even close to Bernard Allison playing the Blues. He's the best it's that simple.

In the 1800s, the expression “get up and dust” meant to leave in a hurry. In the Depression-era South, where the song likely originated, “dust my broom” meant to get out of town in a hurry. Big Joe Williams, who grew up in the Mississippi Delta, explained it as “leaving for good,” as in “I'm putting you down. / courtesy of the internet

lead pkayer on Les Paul has listened to Henry Vestine more than once. this is a great band. reminds me of canned heat. I saw the "heat" @ the goat's head in Raleigh,NC in june '74. Henry "buzzed" a while courtesy of an old gold top Les Paul & a big stack of SUNN amps. again, this band kicks major ass 🎸🎸🎸🎸
