A difficult thing doing this is that phrasing from A to B section is kind of the same than to start over one half step over. Hard to not loose yourself through the changes then !

That would be "Bird", "Trane, "Hank", Wayne, Sonny, "Cannonball", the list goes on and on with sax players who were his equal or better. I first heard Chris with Red Rodney on a album called "Then and Now". I knew then that he was really good. I do believe he was a kid when he made that recording and every solo he did smoked...!!
