BERNINA Embroidery Software 8: Puffy Lettering

Hallo I did puffy foam logo with V7 software. it stitched out nice. But when I convert to PES it did not stitch out very good. Please advice.

Hi Carina, it is very difficult to tell without knowing the details (type of machine you used before concerting to PES, type of machine your are using the PES file on, type of fabric etc.). Can you please send a detailed description of your process to [e-mail], inclduding the embroidery files and pictures?

the softwares for bernina are compatible with MAC computer?

Dear Alexandra, the BERNINA Embroidery Software ist not a native MAC program. You can use Boot Camp to install Windows and the Embroidery Software on your Apple computer though, see berninaofamerica.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201680504-Installing-BERNINA-software-on-Apple-products

Select a puffy "typeface". The puffy is the font.

PLEASE could we have instructional verbal support rather than the music.

Dear Ann, thanks for your comment. We use text overlays because it allows viewers to pause the video anytime and/or watch a video at their chosen speed and still read the message. In addition, videos with text inserts are easy to translate (which is important for a global enterprise) and easily understable for the deaf. However, there are many instructional videos that show the use of our embroidery software 8 with voice-over. They have been produced by our US subsidiary.
