My needle is out of alignment on the q16 not sure what happened here any thoughts please?

@@RachelOConnor-on2cw change your needle, perhaps the old one is bent. And if that doesn’t fix it, contact your local Dealer for sales and service.

I was interested in this machine but the noise and vibration. I don' t think I could take it.

There is no vibration. And is quite quiet considering that it is an industrial machine.
