So can you tell me why you trimmed so much off the top. I see it started about right but how you figured out how much to trim off?

I trimmed it to be level with the top of the quilt. And also I trimmed down into the design a bit so that no bits are left unquilted

It's not a how to video. It was done as a Qmatic demonstration for a craft show. Bernina have more in depth videos if you want instruction....

Nothing is explained. Just shows her pushing lots of buttons. I learned nothing from this video.

You are certainly qualified to be a teacher, however, we tuned in to see a tutorial on QMatic in order to learn more about out expensive machines so we could expand our understanding of the process. You gave a demonstration that never explained or spoke about the keys that you selected to achieve the desired results. We watched you touch keys and mumble but there was no explanation. This is not a tutorial, it was a commercial demonstration that did not involve the participant in any way. Bernina should pot tutorials that are helpful to those of us that have invested out efforts and dollars on their behalf.
