I have made these with snaps in the corners so I use it when I travel. It lies flat in the suitcase that way. Makes a great travel tray!

I have one of those I purchased some time ago. I’m going to make this project. The one I have has snaps instead of sewing the sides. When you’re finished and put everything away it will close flat for storage. I keep one in my travel bag and one by each machine. Loved the tutorial.

Love what you have done with the simple tray! You can also use trusty old foot 13 for the eighth inch s/a. I have rediscovered that foot and I love it!
