why is in Jupiter your top example array S output shows numbers like 4, 5, 8 (like all range of numbers) but in the lower example when you output the np.random.binomial(9, 0.1, 20000) the array is only 1 and 0?

Hllo sir, i am currently 23 year old , did 12th from science maths, then ca dropout ...currently in 1st year of bcom ....i want to learn data science through i am comfortable with all the necessary python and its's libraries ,stats, maths. Will it be possible for me to get job in AI if i work hard or should i try from the web development root?? plz guide. Thanks in advance
