I had the orange dial one of these when they first appeared I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was done, although this latest upgraded version does seem to have seen a few improvements, some good value for your hard earned cash. 👍🍻😊

1% of the original’s price really drives home the value! This definitely looks like a great budget piece. I think the green dial is the most dynamic of the three, but the green strap sends it over the top…I’d definitely have to do a strap swap. Dig these fitted ends though!

Yeah haha when I saw the JLC price I was like well…this is pretty far from that realm of pricing. 😅 I did almost go for the green to check out but decided on the blue last minute. I could see the green dial with black strap looking really good! Thanks for checking it out Witt! 😎🙌

G'morning David ☕☕ 😀 . Berny has several flavors that I like but it's been awhile since I pulled the trigger on any Chinese and/or omage watches. My main focus has been on Casio (just gpt an AW700 Alti - depth) , Citizen automatics & Seiko's. I think the biggest thing that this Berny what benefit from which also hurts the water resistance is the lack of a 2nd screw down crown for the inner rotating bezel. I have a purple dial Orient World Diver w/ dual non screw down crows & an inner rotating bezel which I absolutely love but I refer to it as my dress diver, however I would never trust it to the 100m rating. If I'm going diving or heading to the pool I'll have my Orient Ray ll on 🙃 ..

Can’t go wrong with a collection focus on Casios, citizen and Seiko! I’ve actually been meaning to try out some citizen pieces. Nice! In blue or green. I love inner rotating bezels, with the additional crowns. I have a vintage Soviet Sturanskie chrono with the inner bezel and second crown at 9. "BERNIE" It's not just the font, but the name is kinda cheesy too. The 22mm lugs are a downer also. They should have matched the JLC at 21mm. You can still get away with common 20mm straps on it. Though , I like the green or blue rubber straps. So I'd probably just leave them on. Being there's no name on the buckle, I wonder if they're generic sourced straps. All in all. Still an awesome watch.

Thanks Kewrock! I agree about the name on this one lol, probably what has taken me so long to pull the trigger on this one tbh. Yeah the 21mm would have been nice but I think they went for 22mm because of there being more strap options readily available for that lug width. I am glad you enjoyed taking a look at this one! And I recall mentioning about selling the rose gold espresso version I had in the review I did but not for any giveaways. Although maybe for 10K subs I can make an exciting arrangement like that! 😎👍🍻

Honestly the reason I wouldn’t buy one is the strap being the basic silicone and not the better rubber, and also the logo, that logo just kills it for me

Nice looking watches overall, but the brand name and the big, all-caps BERNY looks awful. Too bad. Needs to be vastly shrunk or replaced with a tasteful logo.
