Try searing your salmon skin side down first then flip and add your lemon butter and finish in the oven the result will be a crispier skin and more fat will render out making it healthier and more tender.

Damian Jackson Incorrect, searing fish like this will also cook it sufficiently in the middle. You only need a couple of minutes max each side. Oven cooking also is totally unnecessary, and would only serve to overcook the fish, leaving it dry and tough. You can see it's already cooked when he puts it in the oven.

You want that skin to be nice and crispy so you put it skin side down first and it's easier to slide your spatula under the skin side down when you flip the fish.

Washington state? What part of the state do y’all live in? Avocados on the westside and eastern Washington are terrible. Out here in South central Washington (think Yakima and Tri-Cities) we (all the Raza) go through them so much that they don’t have time to sit around. We have a bunch of markets that import super fresh ones from Mexico. I lived on the westside of WA for nearly a decade and a lot of the avocados and produce in general in grocery stores were trash. We grow so much food out here because we are an agriculturally based economy and a lot of is it pretty amazing.

How about the separation of a calf from their mother, so that humans can harvest the milk intended for the baby. If that calf is male, then guess what, veal industry, chained up and fed growth hormones and then killed after 6 months of not being able to move or see the sun. I think it’s awesome that you’re vegetarian, any step is a good one in my book, but to hate on veganism and tote vegetarianism in the same sentence is both hypocritical and redundant.

His style isn't fully plant based, it's more like that stepping stone where you're taking care of your self so you wanna eat as healthy/high protein as possible. Then your eyes may or may not open to find the limitless literature and population data showing what foods are concentrated in nutrition, and those which waste space in your stomach and make you die sooner. This is not good eating at all. It is a lot better than most but still not the most healthiest way to eat at all. Stop cooking your vegetables (dead plant = very low nutrients) & stop eating meat (slow bio trans-time which leads to a so called beer belly) This cooking style is for taste not health. Eat more raw & natural Neen.

Kyle Southey it works for him at this moment but there is better practices that can work for him that he is not aware of. Neen is at a better stage of eating than a lot of people but there is even a better way than what he is doing which can work for everyone if done correctly.
