I watched this video 2 years ago when I was overweight, drinking alcohol, smoking and living very unhealthy life. I was 21 but could not run 100 meters without shortness of breath. Until then, living the life in the edge seemed cool, but after watching this video his way of life seemed so cool to me that I thought "Damn, I want to be like him". It took more than a year to execute that dream but I have been living healthy, training everyday and eating good food since last year. This video, among others, was one of my main inspirations.

Nice to hear, I’m trying to turn my life around too and get healthier. What diet you follow exactly?
@ylnyk73424 жыл бұрын
@@primaleskimo2657 choice of diet depends on your goal. Keto + Intermittent fasting is the best way to lose weight, obviously with a calorie deficit. Nowadays I do high-protein diet for building muscle, but also eat enough carbs for being more energized in the gym. In overall, I eat chicken breast, eggs, greek yoghurt/cheese and vegetables every day. Sometimes I do 48 hours water fast, to give my body a rest, which is also very effective for weight loss. I do it 1 or 2 times per month. To simply put, first rule of healthy diet is to cut alcohol, sugar and all other bad carbs(bread, pastry and stuff like that). As each person different, other aspects of the diet may vary.

I don't understand why people on here are so obsessed with his striking. You don't have to pound someone's face in to be able to beat the shit out of them. This guy has mad skill/ technique. His dad is a legend, a master. So was his grandfather. He's undefeated so far. He deserves respect. Not only for being undefeated but for who & where he comes from. Also tried that 1 big meal a day felt fine and`strong, muscle mass didn't increase like i hoped, but felt strong and got stronger. Now i am doing the heavy protein meals boiled eggs and turkey bacon and just eating what i please, but not going crazy and just eating a piece of chocolate cake or ice cream cookies and i feel great and is gaining muscle mass and losing weight getting cut, so it's working, 3 days a wee,k 3 hours of weight lifting and martial arts training, with no problem and when i need extra rest i take 1 or 2 or 3 days off, i guess what works for you and what you like will work , everyone's body isn't the same and different things work for different people.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate what he said how he trains the way he trains because his body tells him that it's the right way. He's not doing it this way because he learned from a trainer or whatever this took years and dedication by listening to his body. I that is very important to people who are just starting their weight loss journeys and/or journey to healthier living. Hes not on any fixed diets he listens to his body and that took him years to accomplish, so when you're doing your own thing and its not working out dont feel discouraged or beat down just know that these things take time and lots of trial and error. And if you feel like its a lost cause please take a break and come back with a clearer point of view and always remember that your body follows your mind, so when u feel like crap ur body will feel like crap. Prioritize your mental health and your body will heal❤
