If you want to see another band that has a classical instrument, I recommend Lucy, they come from the same program as Hoppipolla and they have a violinist! especially the songs flowering and snooze

Months ago I checked out Lucy's Flowering mv (which I 100% recommend their music too) when it came out and after that was Hoppipolla's Enough (long version)... so even tho at that moment I didn't knew anything about them and their connection for the recommendation (they both were on Super Band), I decided to watch it and tbh was the best decision ever. The long version has a storyline and the song feel even more intense (to the point that I cried on my first watch). Now that Anna mentioned the point of the piano not having an ending or having this open feeling... I guess it makes more sense now with the song in general and the story on the video for me, which is very interesting. Thank you so much for reacting to them, happy that you enjoyed their music ♡

WHAT SKJSSJDJKDK AHH Y’ALL ARE STARTING TO REACT TO MY SUPERBAND GRADUATE BABIES IM-yes many of the comments have already mentioned Lucy but I also think you’ll really like them! And I need a female or co-ed version of superband asap bc the fact that we got a k-band reality survival show with Joe Hahn from Linkin Park judging still feels surreal lol anyways. Ooh this is exciting! When I first saw the MV for Enough, I also felt like crying, I hope you guys watch the full version on your own because it has a little more of a story to it that fits so well with the music, especially that unresolved ending. One of my favorite things about bands is their ability to tell a story, the way they portray emotions through playing their instruments is so amazing to me. And they have some of the most underrated vocals!! All the bands that came out of Superband are amazing, I hope you would consider checking out more of them! The one I'm most familiar with is Lucy, they are my personal favorite kband (they have 4 members and one is a violinist!) I would recommend their mvs for Flowering and Snooze, and they also did a cover of Red Velvet's 'Bad Boy' that is incredible. Anyways that's enough of me plugging, I just love these boys so much and want them to get more recognition. All kbands deserve more tbh. Thanks for the reaction, I really enjoyed it!

Yes! I love this version, but the full version made me cry with the story and such. I hope they are able to watch that one as well. Superband was amazing too with every band bringing their own style to the show.

Jinho - the cellist - was in a German Orchestra prior to going back to Korea and doing Super Band. There are many clips of him performing in front of people and he's incredible. He's actually my favorite member, and he's definitely a great big brother to the other members. The group is basically a big family (there are some great videos highlighting this dynamic) and they all even attended Youngso's graduation in 2020.

I'm sure you guys know by now that I love band music...I think, if not, you now know lol. Hoppipolla make such beautiful music. Listening to the Spring to Spring EP - it's like...breathing?? I dunno how to explain it, it's like sad and contemplative but also healing? I just love it so much. They also released another project this year, And Then There Was Us with the title track Your Ocean and its gorgeous too. As you know, they come from the show Superband (which im so sad about, I wish I could watch it but no one has subbed it and my Korean understanding is very limited) but many great bands were formed from the show. Hoppipolla won first place. Second place was Lucy, who have been recommended by others in the comments so I'm excited for those reactions to come out, I love Lucy songs too. Third place from Superband are talked less about; Purple Rain (which I think is an absolute tragedy) but they have a heavier more angsty sound that I am in love with. Many Korean bands are more indie and dont get as much international attention as before (like ftisland and cnblue ect.) but they're so good, to name a few, surl, se so neon, batu but yeah I'm so glad to see a rise in Korean bands again - perhaps Korean bands have been thriving this entire time and I've just been unaware but yeah. I was going somewhere with this point but the question is where...ohhhhh The Rose participated in Superband and so I think that gave the show and bands that came from the show more international attention (not that's necessary or equals to success or anything of the sort, just an observation). Others in the comments have talked about the long mv version so I will skip over that, but let's talk about Ha Hyunsang. He is the main vocalist and he has solo stuff too, highly recommend his two EPs; My Poor Lonely Heart and The Edge. Anyways, thanks for the reaction. Hope you're staying safe, happy and healthy!!

Hoppipolla really does have such beautiful music and they have confused us through just these two songs - we're definitely gonna check them out more! Onewe just did a cover of enough on kiss the Radio- with Younghoon using his voice for the cello. Hippipolla to me sounds semi classical - the cello is so beautiful- I may be wrong but that cello player has a PhD in music . I just love Kbands. They have the some of the best singers and musicians in kpopular music. I wish more people would listen to them.

i recommend you guys to watch The King Must Die by Purple Rain, they're a rock band. istg i got a goosebumps everytime i listen to it! They are from the same show as Hoppipolla and Lucy which is SuperBand. btw thanks for reacting to Hoppipolla music❤

I'm not gonna lie, when I first heard About Time for the first time I teared up a little. Cello does that to me sometimes. I'm looking forward to what Hoppipolla puts out in the future. Anyway, I have another request for you two. Could I ask for Wings by Pixy? They debuted with a horror theme with girl crush elements and there are parts in it that are genuinely unsettling for some reactors, I noticed, but it's a good song in my opinion. Also, the choreography for the song is one of the best I've seen for a debut.
