Hello everyone, some of you already know that my videos were deleted by KZbin. Consequently, I have reworked the content using non-copyrighted music (remixes and others) instead of reuploading Zodd's videos in their old state. I decided to completely remaster the video. It has been in my plans for a long time, but due to lack of time, I never got around to doing it. In the end, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because if I had remastered it earlier, I would have reused the same music, and the video would have been taken down in March. This time, everything should be fine as there are no copyright issues in the KZbin check. I know many of you like the old style without the remixes, and I have done my best to stay true to what I had done before. So, I hope you'll enjoy this version!

This was the best Berserk game I have played. Guts' movements and sound of the Dragon Slayer as he swung it around were so faithful to the series. The finshers and counters were so fun with many inspired directly by the Manga. A true masterpiece by people that were obviously Berserk fans.

I'm HEMA practitioner and coach (Historical European Martial arts) and berserk brings me to practice this martial arts around 10 years ago. I am still and always amazed how they make a good fighting coreography so real and so believable to fight in such high level. Miura envisioned a crazy good duel and they coreographed like crazy in this series even better than the Berserk Dynasty Warrior. Truly this is what a peak technique and high intensity battle will looks like.

Yes. Personally I do Buhurt (HMC) so we naturally take a lot from historical combat and HEMA and man it was so cool to see how they could make the use of these honkin swords look genuinely real and believable, were you to have the strength to wield either.

This is pretty kickass with the gameplay movements. I really like the use of the arm cannon. Although Guts doesn’t overuse it, having it in gameplay really looks badass but should also be only used in a pinch

Berserk is perfect for an open world RPG imo. Guts was hunting apostles alone for two years and we don't see much of that in the manga. I imagine it would be kinda like Shadow of Mordor, but you're hunting apostles instead of orc captains.

Band of the hawk unfortunately has that "Dynasty warriors" drag to it. I've played hyrule warriors (both Zelda games) and the berserk version too, but man it just feels... mindless after a while. All of them do. And it also doesn't work well with the theme of berserk. I mean ffs, the whole "100 man slayer" feat is a joke in the game since Guts swings his sword once and kills like 40 enemies at once. It definitely has neat cutscenes though, but better gameplay will always go to this game. Hopefully one day Hidetaka Miyazaki can somehow make a true "Berserk" titled game, that would be the perfect mix.

@@xAustishx Warriors games have no real substance other than the universes they depict. All of them are the same game, with sometimes a different engine and always a new coat of paint. They are made to capitalize on beloved franchises because they are very easy and quick to make. Berserk deserves better. No adaptation, be it anime or games have done justice to it. Nothing has truly lived up to the manga. The '97 anime and the PS2 game have come close but even them don't really do it any justice due to budget constraints or cutting out key elements, most of the time both. In the sea of samey Japanese entertainment with the same general idea each time that sells, it's heartbreaking that such an unique and masterclass of a franchise like Berserk is being left in the dust.

I'm convinced that Zodd is just holding back the whole time. He's faster, agile, and way stronger, and in his transformation, bro he's huge asf! He really just grabbed the Dragon Slayer and could've easily torn Guts in half right there! This game really showed just how insanely strong Guts's adversaries really are and it's blind luck that Guts is still alive! Getting rammed into a boulder and punched across the field by Zodd. How isn't he a puddle of blood at that point is beyond me. I know it's the game mechanics and story of Berserk but damn bro, Zodd is busted.

I love this with a burning passion. the swordplay would be amazing if they just took this and updated the combat and remade this with on new hardware. So many games, and more, like Sekiro or Bloodborne, (Pardon my bias) have shown that games of this caliber, if done TRUE justice have the potential to be the most goosebump inducing, adrenaline pumping intermixing of unbridled, sheer mayhem of action AND evocative story telling there can be! God! If there is one...please, give us a real anime or game that gives life to Miuras masterpiece. I refuse to believe it can't be adapted, you just need the right people.

Seems like back in the day they had this ability to make something good out of anything they touched with a peculiar "rule of cool" trademark going on no matter the content, and if the original source lacked they could provide and improvise with their own liberty and creativity. Just a reminder: Guts body has such strenght build by the unnatural training with heavy weapons + intense battles through his whole life to the point that he can move almost in the speed of sound with berserker armor And the Berserker Armor only turns off your pain inhibittors and keep your body together, only that. That's how strong Guts is to go toe-to-toe against a apostle WITHOUT THE ARMOR
