I put a lot of work into this video this past month, and even tho the animation is quite simple, and picture based. It was quite challenging! Using the movie backgrounds has been an idea of mine for quite a while , and since Kentaro Miura passing. I found the inspiration to finally do it. I felt it was the right video to pay tribute. Of course it wouldn’t be Berserk if I didn’t focus on the greatest betrayal story of all time.
I recently hit 11,000 subscribers today! And I want to thank you all for that. I love sharing my work with you all, and I just love telling this story over and over. This video is dedicated to all of you!

I had goosebumps from the 4:00 mark all the way to the end. The combination of the music with the voice segments was really poignant and thoughtfully transitioned from one to the other. I don't envy the hand strain all that masking did to you but all the manga segments looked great!

Took me a while to finally comment, but I always end up in tears after watching your edit lol. This is such a masterpiece Mickey!! It's fucking art dude!! You literally chose the perfect song to describe Berserk too!! But you already knew that of course Lol. I was literally glued to it from the beginning to end. It blows my mind seeing you find other ways to just twist your talent and create something even more amazing than the last. I have to say this is the best Berserk video you've made!! I love all of the inclusions of the manga and how you just used backgrounds from the animations to blend it all together! I've honestly never seen anyone do that before you were really able to pull it off!! Ah man can't help but be so jealous of you talent and creativity haha! But seriously man, my heart feels like its being pierced by a million needles every time I watch this. You just understand. YOU GET THE STORY SO WELL AHHHHH!! Also you always manage to really make your Berserk edits so differently! Every time!! Of course, it isn't a Berserk video without your brilliant voiceover placements too!! I love that you deeply paid attention to them and just added them to flow so perfectly together. I was able to understand exactly what Berserk is about, especially with all the conflicts and betrayals this story has. And I love the focus on the conversations Guts and Griffith had too since Griffith thought Guts would see him as cruel and vile for making him do the things he needed to achieve that dream, but Guts of course didn't since he was only a man following his dream. But oh how the tables turned man lol. Also man I really can't get enough on how well you really blended the backgrounds and scenes together. I espcially love how you made 1:39 with those light rays and how to made Griffith fly down at 1:40 exactly how it's animated in the anime too. Also dudeeee the way you also did some effects such as water raining, snow blowing in the wind, and even adding some fire effects, I LOVE those little details that you included! But god damn 2:12 to the end really hit me. I really REALLY love how you made the lyrics appear in the speech bubbles. That was seriously so creative too!! At 2:18 UGH I love that shot and the angle too!! FUUCK! I'm rewatching it as I write this and I want to cry again lol!! also at 2:52 omg!! I just love how you used the entire rectangle panel and added a background too. That looks hella pretty!!! Also totally not crying because of the band of the hawk; look how happy they were :,((( also ugh the lyrics at 2:59 when he says "for you" and seeing that scene just knowing the fate that was yet to come for Guts and the rest of the Band of the Hawk ahhh man. ( btw can't get enough of that animation!!!) But fuck man 3:03 you really paid attention to the shots from both the manga and the anime. I love that you included that. Also DUDE I love how you made the background appear at 3:32 too!! When Guts is explaining to Jill about the darkness that lingers with him UGH!!! Also the shot at 3:37 is god damn gorgeous too!!!! it was so worth it as your thumbnail too! I'm totally nitpicking here LOL but I just fucking love the tiny details to really make the edit pop!!! Oh of course your text placement was lovely as ever (especially loved how you made the white text look like ink if that makes sense!) and your overlays, blurs and flashes!! I wanted to drown in them HAHA! *Chiefs Kiss* I love that you ended the video with the anime too. And you already know you fucking NAILED that part too! You scene selection never fails to impress me too but you already know that LOL!! And those voiceovers too holy jesus!!!! I seriously just can't get enough of this video man. I went through a whole list of emotions just watching your edit. It was really worth all the time you put into it. I can really see all the blood, sweat, and tears that you poured into it!! Also it was so fun watching you edit some of it on call with me too and just seeing you really think about what to add! Like yesssss that's my best friend HAHA! Look at his talent!!! I really want to say much more, but I'm left speechless dude. Seriously!! I want this edit to consume me!!! AMAZING and GORGEOUS JOB!!! You're always out doing yourself everytime!!!!! Alos congrats for the 11k!! You deserve every single one of them and more! MUCH MORE! Also, thank you so much for the wonderful Berserk edits too. It's really nice to see someone truely understand the story and the ins and outs of it. You really understand how deep this story is and dark this story is and know the characters so well too. And thank you for sharing your amazing talents for us Berserk fans to enjoy and just bringing more light into this amazing story. This was such a beautiful tribute for Kentaro Miura. Even though we still mourn for his passing, I'm glad that we can forever share our love for the story he created and share many creations to always bring tribute to it. Just thank you for this, I'm so grateful for you and your wild ass editing skills HAHA!!! Going to watch this forever now!!! Can't wait to see what else you have up you sleeve!!
