little trick: when popularity starts to go down, just enable passive mode, enter your club, and as soon as you reach the dance floor, you'll get the "throw people out the club" mission. Fastest way to keep it up with no effort.

The Del Perro Nightclub is still my favourite. It´s very close to both the pacific and city highways and just a very cool location, so close to the pier and beach.

I think the best way to do nightclub solo is to dump all your technicians into products that took the least amount of time and while I wait I start to call yohan (he will get the any products without you buying the Mc business).Then when I wait for the yohan cool down I do contract from the agency

If you got a source mission from johan and its on a tuck boat. And jou die on it with the crate in your inventory. The crate will be dropped and go inside the tuck boat. The only thing you can do is blown op the tuck boat. And the crate will be on the water. And if you park jour oppressor mk2 on the tuck boat. You ar not able to drive it afther you collect the crate. So park it close by not on the tuck boat

Personally I think the most underrated way to make money in gta is from the nightclub safe, it actually makes a very good amount of money. Although it's not compared with the warehouse, its still good money. If im not mistaken I have made about 3 mil from the safe alone so its not so bad ( if you consider all you have to is just throw a guy out of your club, or escort someone to his house).

25mil from safe and 45mil from warehouse, at this rate the safe will overtake the warehouse in no time simply because it prints money faster than warehouse even with the Yohan missions, i always empty the safe when the message pops on the screen showing 100k as that is where you lose the 50k(third tick is still 45k so going to 145k is not end of the world)and you will always get the event inside NC to put it back to max and keep that max payout rolling 24/7.

Keeping popularity up is now well worth it, even outclassing what its warehouse can generate for you! And all you have to do is stop by and collect. Also, I think Berserker got numbers wrong. Management missions refill 25% of your max popularity, and the tasks Marcel may give you appear to do the same.

I bought my Nightclub right when they increased the safe daily payout. I make 30% more from the safe than from the warehouse.

Idk if it’s just me, but I’ve been having an issue where my nightclub is not passively accumlating stock. I have set up all the businesses and bought the equipment upgrade for the nightclub and reassigned the techs; but still nothing. Even after doing the afk cameras glitch for hours, it only goes up a little bit when I swap sessions. I don’t mind doing the sourcing missions but I do hope that they fix this fast if it is a bug.

Are you sure all of those businesses are set up and running and arsnt shut down? One key thing is that if you arent actively running those businesses you won't make as much money

@@Berserker-- yes I have all the businesses running and fully upgraded minus the security upgrades, It only makes 2%-4% of the stock before it completely stops and i have to swap sessions. Like I said; Idk if this is a bug but I have seen older reddit posts mentioning that it didn’t produce ANY stock no matter how long you waited, and that was with everything up and running as well so this might just be a concurrent issue.

What about the AFK trick where just before you leave the game IRL in the evening, you view the cameras inside the nightclub and then just leave the PS5 on, so that the club can be fully loaded the next morning? Does that still work (and of course not being signed in as an MC or CEO or VIP so you don't lose a lot of money with the daily payments thing)?

It’s better to just have a bunker and hanger. Those fill up the nightclub to 1 million and you only need the mule custom not the pounder cause it sucks .all the other mc businesses only equate to an extra 500k in the nightclub they constantly get raided and the sale missions suck. This way you only do bunker and nightclub sales no mc businesses . Hangar makes you 4mill a sale for 50 crates too . This way with heists no need for mc businesses. It’s a much more passive way to earn. Running all those mcs is full time work

I think you're off on the popularity. If you have the staff upgrade you'll get 3 days worth of money at $50K/$50K/$45K. Then you can either do a Marcel mini-mission or a regular club promotion to fully top off your popularity. You don't need to spend $10K on rebooking a DJ.

That is when you first get the staff upgrade but after that they dont give you constant popularity so you need to do missions and re book DJ to keep it up

Rebooking DJs is just another option to have it be even more passive if you wish. Marcel, popularity mission, rebooking DJs all just work towards keeping that NC safe at max rate of accumulation. The DJs are a quick way to get some of the bar back if the top off mission isn't enough. (And because the regular popularity missions are super boring) Also, if you switch DJs from the basement computer or the arcade there is no load screens that port you to the dance floor, speeding it up further.

@@goated6069 as far as I’ve seen, you don’t need to buy any upgrades for the individual businesses unless you’re planning to go and sell in each of them. The only thing that you need is the equipment upgrade in your nightclub so that your stock has more value, the generating rate stays the same no matter what.

Just stay afk when you sleep/go out/work. Thats what i do and after 2 day i sell for 2.25 mil with the bonus. Just dance in the nightclub and plug your controller and put a rubber band and let it do the magic (if you want you can buy supplies for other businesses so you get even more money, remember do not be in a ceo or mc)
