One tip I want to share is that if you keep your MC business full of product and supplies (i.e., never sell), and always avoid starting your MC club during sessions (i.e., only register as a CEO, to prevent raids on the MC businesses), every single stash house raid will guarantee that you fully resupply either the bunker or the acid lab.

tip from me, when flying long distance with MK2 you can reload boost this way: get high altitude, point down and release throttle, you start reloading boost, press throttle, point up, use boost, point down, release throttle... rinse, repeat, after some practice, you can do it without pressing throttle at all but you'll slowly loose altitude

NIGHTCLUB TIP------> Instead of going to your basement to change DJs, just enter your nightclub in passive mode. This will always give you the option to throw someone out of your club. Not only will that increase your popularity, but it will give you $10,000, instead of charging you $10,000.

If a business or property has one it is sometime quicker to both enter and exit from the garage / loading bay entrance as the front door to some properties has an animation and quite often is further away from where you want to go to in that building. I only noticed a few years ago after playing the game and grinding creates for a few years. In CEO create warehouses there's a 2nd exit at the back of the warehouse so if you are using warehouse staff to source the creates and they are standing at the back of the warehouse there is a exit for you just a few cm's away :)

Regarding tip 73 You can get the vehicle to spawn much closer to you after calling the mechanic by going into first person and looking as far up as possible. As long as you're on a road, the vehicle will spawn much closer to you

Instead of the hold X to sprint option I just switch into 1st person. *touch pad double tap* There u also just hold X and don't even need any L3 input, other then at first, to get going.. That way you can move your character precisely in tight areas which also helps to pick up certain items or objects!

I like the vid 9, whats the point, game saves at the point when you change session 24, how do you do that on PC? handbrake is space, pressing space on MK2 is lowering altitude 38, whats the point, why would you need large sum of money on you? 44, first one I didnt know, nice 45, can you roll without aiming? You actually fly significantly faster if your above 900ft this will work with any plane or helicopter and mk2 aswell also top speed on mk2 is 122 or 125 depending but you can hit 135 if your holding handbrake just point up so you don’t lose altitude.

10:26 You can actually block spawn points of delivery vehicles with your personal vehicle so the bad options like post vans didn't spawn at all. It MUST be personal vehicle, othervise random car from street will just despawn. And one more thing, different warehouses has different spawn points for delivery vehicles so you should be aware of it

not all these tips are right. if you got the right vehicles you can steal supplies in like 3 minutes so it can be actually profitable. also many new players dont have other business. so say you got one moc club and only the white stuff lockup. thats how i started. i didnt even have the stuff to do headhunter fast. no buzzard. so for me ressuplying manually was the only realistic option. your sanity and time should be priority. if its not fun dont do it. do another business. i like cargobobbing cars for example. so even though thats not the fastest money its decent and fun. find something that makes good money thats fun. or get a nightclub and just farm that.

If you own a hanger (recommended in the military base so you don't get wanted stars flying over it) you can get a plane from the Pegasus service and park it in your hanger and it will turn it into a personal vehicle.

chasing pennies loses you millions and more importantly your sanity. if your setting a timer to avoid a 20k pay for businesses your doing it wrong. your time and sanity is more valuable. im a pro some of these "pros" have no idea what their talkin about. most people are bad at gta cause they dont know what to focus on. gta is more like ark. its about having the right tools for the job. some tasks as a new player with no vehicles or weapons are astronomically harder than when you have everything. or the right tools. pvp is the same way. every vehicle has a weakness.... even the oppressor finally 🤣 also the sub cars wreck oppressors. its like jaws vs a baby seal. and the sub car is probably the strongest weaponized vehicle. but it has weaknesses. raiji can hit it from outa lockon range for the car. jets have further lock range. minigun. the torredors windows are wide open and not at all bullet proof. and it cant lock on to foot players. so you need every good vehicle and business eventually. just gotta focus on the best ones. nightclub bunker easily the best. then moc sells and probably hanger or agency for the best active money. or heists if you got friends. while your businesses build up.
