@@arthi7121 he doesnt want to used ussopp that way unless its a 1 vs 1 against snipers tho and snipers don't go 1 v 1. he use ussopp to chagne the tides of war. ussopp defeating sugar and freeing every toy, ussop savng fluffy from sugar. ussop using tenkos DF as bullets to turn kaidos crew into allies. heck even before time skip ussop freed everyone by facing perona, ussoop was the last chance to save robin shooting from unbeliveble distance and giving the crew another chance to catch up to her. ussop always change the tides of war. i love how oda is using usopp. he is always the game changer. while the others take the fight.
