I think the reset didn't work at all...Their souls went out and then went back to them....Redbear may be a villian, but I kinda feel bad for him. He has done everything to bring back CBaby who is actually alive...+ he wanted all animatronics to pass away painlessly by removing their souls.

I think I know why Reset didn't work! Fredbear said he has a little bit of power left (blue part), Redbear could possibly fail to absorb all of it in 1987. The reset needs the entire curse I think. That's why Redbear did the reset and it didn't work as animatronics souls didn't disappear but were stunned for a while

When redbear used the 6 parts of the curse it didn't work cuz fredbear and the puppet still has a little bit of the curse cuz it's not natural for someone to randomly bring people back to life meaning puppet has a small part of the curse. And fredbear still has control of making clones and teleportation but he mentioned that he did not have enough power and circus baby is still alive. So the souls went back in the robots.

after i saw those little teasers and poster on discord of series 4 i can say that redbear couldn't complete the reset since he had very little stability and control when the curse went into him , he barely had any energy and the best he could do is take the animatronics souls out of their body and back into it but i did notice tangle's soul never left im guessing this is because she was created using cbaby herself and cbaby was her soul mother and wrab being her soul brother

Redbear essentially went to all this trouble for nothing as Baby is still alive, so the effort that he went to in order to obtain all the parts for the reset was pretty much wasted. It makes you feel bad for Redbear since he reset everyone only for it to fail miserably since Fredbear still has a bit of the curse and Baby has been alive the whole damn time
