I too have been thinking a lot about my age (45) and how that means I only have X years left...all the parameters of my age to X, like 65 is only 20 years. That's nothing. My thinking is most likely correlated with the mild heart attack 3yrs ago which was the first time I've questioned my mortality. It doesn't help that I'm at the age when celebrities I watched in my teens/twenties are starting to die....RIP Bob Saget. I feel you, Bert. It's just part of the human experience I believe. I think people experience Covid differently. My mother died from it and I had to say good bye to her via Face Time,, while she was surrounded by doctors and nurses I didn’t know. She died alone without any family at her bedside. She did have a nurse with her I believe. That was how I said goodbye to her, face time while a stranger held an iPad or iPhone up to her. Only 7 people attended her funeral. So yes, some people are lucky and have mild cases, and survive and others go through terrible suffering and are on ventilators. I still after all this time, do not understand how people take it so lightly or act like it’s nothing.

Yo Berty boy, or Hallstead or anyone who can tell Bert, your irritability is likely due to the deficit living you describe. I did this months ago and it really worked for me: Next time you are getting upset, check your activity tracker working backwards from an increased heart rate incident. So your heart rate went up with extreme anxiety? Cool, track the day backwards using the journal and check sleep that night, stimulants you have had (caffeine which can increase anxiety and heart rate) and depressants (alcohol) and also sleep. It took me about 2 days to realize the booze was the biggest culprit for yours truly but caffeine did me in twice. It really doesnt take a lot of time to do and since you can go back weeks on your trackers, find a particularly bad day and work backwards from there since that data is just sitting there on your apple watch, whoop, or whatever. Much love and please watch "chasing bubbles" on youtube, this isnt an ad, but ol boy in that doc is JUST like Bert and he would get a kick out of it.

I have many bacon memories but I think my favorite is when I was a little kid and I went with my whole family to Shoney's, a restaurant with a breakfast buffet. I cant remember how old I was, but old enough to fix my own plate, and all I got from the buffet was a huge plate of bacon. My grandparent's were lightheartedly saying "you can't just eat a plate of bacon!" and I replied looking at their plates "you all got what you wanted and I got what I wanted!" Pretty good buffet argument for a 5 year old or so I have to say. They have never let me live it down.

The Germ Theory was never actually proven to be 100% accurate, yet the trillion dollar medical industry is entirely based on that theory. What's the CAUSE of death in people with this "virus"? Does their brain explode? Does their heart stop beating? The CAUSE of death is still pneumonia. Pneumonia is not something you can "catch". You DEVELOP it, just like you develop cancer. It's a biological result of being "scared to death" of something. Think of it like an internal wound that you can't see, but when it starts to heal (when the traumatic event dissipates), the healing of the wounds in the lungs will cause pain, mucus, blood, fever, headaches, coughing, etc. You don't show the symptoms of "disease" until you stop being panicked and afraid. These symptoms usually show up 1-2 weeks after you've relaxed and resolved the upsetting event. Governments around the world are CAUSING fear frights, thus CAUSING all the illnesses, aka Boogey Virus, in everyone based on an unproven THEORY by one man, Louis Pastaur, who redacted his claim of the germ theory on his death bed, yet no one listened. The US is following an outdated theory that's 100 years old and has not questioned or retested that "science" since then. They believed In witches and curses back then!! Could it be because a Ca-Zillion dollar medical industry profits on following an outdated "science" model?! They've been using the same cancer "treatment" for 80 YEARS. They can't think of something besides POISON in all this time?!?! So of course, when everyone is allowed to escape the hostage situation the governments have put their people into, and they start relaxing about the "scary virus" that's not in any way transmissible, they will begin their healing phase (get sick), and believe they then have the "scary virus", and more panic will ensue as well as martial law. The longer people allow this government to hold them hostage in their homes, the more severe the "sickness" will be. Western Medicine is pure fraud, and people's lives are destroyed because of it.

A mcgangbang in Colorado is a hot’n’spicy a McDouble and a side of fries. You take the bottom buns off, taco them with fries and then stack the hot’n’spicy and the McDouble together top bums on the outside. Dipping it in ranch is also an option.

It'a a McDouble and a McChicken (spicy if available). You open up the McDouble between the two patties and put the entire McChicken, with the bun, on top of the McDouble bottom patty and put the top patty and bun back on top and that's the McGangbang.
