Same. I've heard younger comics even talk (on other, smaller podcasts) about getting on Rogan like they were talking about The Tonight Show. Like about how getting to go on Rogan as one of their goals, and it can make a career for a stand up comic in the way that Johnny Carson used to.

This was GREAT! A lot of Comedians I hear on podcasts get worried that it's 'too in the weeds' or 'too inside the business' and worried it's gonna bore people...it doesn't at all. That's what people outside of it wanna know or hear about. It's way more captivating when we see almost the same conversation you'd have just hanging out. Loved it

U got it. If u drink or smoke heavily early on, u stop growing up. A fam member spoke to me abt starting drinking at 16. I told him don’t even talk to me if u can’t tell me the truth. U started in grade school. He was an alcoholic in high school. I adopted his two kids later. He loved his kids but alcohol took over.

Hi Bert - I hope you see this comment: in this podcast you refer to the Conan show where you describe throwing the period party for your daughter. I saw that Conan show and cried I was laughing so hard. I thought the whole idea was BRILLIANT!!! Tell your kid that whoever else saw that show had to have been thinking the same thing I was - that it’s a brilliant idea and should become a tradition (or at least a definite option). That party story was hilarious and I swear to god, the best “first period” story I’ve ever heard. Tell your daughter if it isn’t a thing, it SHOULD be, I hope it takes off and if it does she’d be a pioneer in a great trendsetting tradition. I swear to god, I thought THIS is how first periods should have ALWAYS been handled! You and your wife and kids are the best! 😂😄😁😆

I used to go to the shells in madeira beach or indian rocks beach or whatever it was in pinellas county. I lived in st pete. Edit: church of Scientology was in clearwater not st. Pete. And theyre still there, and it's all you see in downtown clearwater. Rediculously attractive people (for some reason) dressed like asian private school children.
