@@officialtjtrev8910 I don't think thier will be ever be a (complete) faithful adaptation of berserk. I think a movie would be the right shot to completely adapt the whole show

@@rovite359 I don't think movies can realistically capture extremely character focused stories like Berserk. It almost always leads to cutting out vital moments, like camfire of dreams
This is 100 times better than the berserk 2016 and 17 anime

To be fair, that's not a high bar to reach. But this is still amazing

I'm glad people are getting more into reason and like this video a lot for what it is... instead of just being obvious trolls behind a keyboard or unbearable manga elitists hating any B2017 or 2016 related. The hate towards the series is so stupid and it gotta stop, Berserk isn't more sacred than someting like the bible - I love it completely, but fans treat the history that way is kinda ridiculous - to hate non stop anything non Excelent - manga obviously -but decent - all series and movies -

Sadly the anime was poorly animated but the story is still great

The budget was almost twice what the average late-night airing anime gets. They got a director with no experience with CGI who'd never directed anything substantial. He decided that instead of adapting one of the most well-structured stories as is, he'd mix events up and make it confusing. He got a company that's never been used for anything other than outsourcing bits of CGI and a company that does traditional animation, and he just pitted them together to scrounge up something with no communication on who should do what. He was planning on using an engine that required a supercomputer to actually work. This hate is all due to how one man's monolithic incompetence butchered the adaptation we'd waited decades for.
