Beryl strengthens into dangerous Category 4 Hurricane

Category 4 Hurricane Beryl is forecast to continue to strengthen and weaken to a Category 3 on Wednesday and a Category 2 on Thursday. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Chris was threatening Mexico.
