This is my all time favourite English international song which I love to sing and it stays within my heart forever! I also love the version of Besame Mucho sung by Andre Bocelli and Cesaria Evora.

"Bésame mucho" is a song written in 1940 by Mexican songwriter Consuelo Velázquez. Bésame Mucho is a classic 1940 Spanish song. A famous 1956 version is sung by Trio Los Panchos and female vocalist Gigliola Cinquetti. An English lyric was written by Sunny Skylar.
She was inspired by the piano piece "Quejas, o la Maja y el Ruiseñor", from the 1911 suite Goyescas by Spanish composer Enrique Granados, which he later also included as "Aria of the Nightingale" in his 1916 opera of the same name. It is one of the most famous boleros, and was recognized in 1999 as the most sung and recorded Mexican song in the world.

Consuelo Velázquez at the tender age of 15 sat at the piano and the rest is history of this time imortal tune. I first heard at my aunt's home, 1940. Her next door neighbors was a relative of this teen-age wonder. Her work is yet being sang,played,enjoyed by many in any language...Viva Consuelo!
