200 gm basan ke liye citric acid baking soda.and sugar and water ka measurement cup aur tea spoon se bataiye...hamare liye easy ho jayega and aapne bater me oil bhi nahi dala...ji madam

Fine Besan----------200gm Citric acid------7gm Salt------‐--------10gm Sugar--------‐---40gm Water-----------300gm Baking soda-----4gm Water to mix baking soda1-1.5tbsp Tumeric-a pinch Sugar syrup:-Water-200gm Sugar-60gm Tempering:-Oil-3tbsp Rai-1tsp Hing-a pinch Green chilly-2-3 Coriander for garnish

Oil nai dala hai batter mei👍uske bina banjaega..only tempering ke liye chahiye
