Personally, I don't think Dream showing up was too much of a surprise. Dream clearly had an aggressive play style and have tried to beat the game before under pressure and enjoyed it. He was fit for speedrunning because he enjoyed it. I mean I do admit seeing Dream speedrunning was a little bit of a surprise, seeing as though I've never seen a big channel go for the record before but Dream clearly did.

I never doubt Dream to be a speedrunner. I was a fan of him since 800 - 900 subs when he posted trap videos. He was very aware of his surroundings and those pro gamer moves. Correction: At 2:10 it's said that glass bottles have a 1 in 3 chance of being unlocked, rather than the enderpearl trade. While it's true that you have a 1 in 3 chance of not getting the enderpearl trade, this is actually because *two* trade slots are unlocked, with 3 possible choices (scutes, glass bottles, and ender pearls). But that's a little bit more complicated and probably doesn't work as well in the video.

While I'm not gonna say I'm the best, it takes me 1 hour at worst to finish the game any% in a casual play, so I guess is a question of practice (I use to end the game fast so I can get my hands on an elytra because running is too slow for me)
