Besigye promises to introduce mechanised farming to Lango sub-region

Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye has pledged to improve the welfare of the people in Lango region by empowering farmers.
Addressing a rally on the final leg of his campaigns in the Lango sub-region in Lira, Besigye said an FDC government would introduce mechanized farming, and ensure that agricultural inputs such as tractors are available at parish level.
