I totally agree, I remember when Kirby did his second fitting with Paolo the music ruined it for me, I was SO disappointed. For such a great tailor the music took away the relaxation and just how interesting the whole process is. I really don’t see why we need back ground music, yes fine at the start and end of the vid but not when these GREAT skilled people are doing what they do.

Great company. Was there in May and was served by Mr Skinner himself. Very polite and helpful gentleman. I have bought a few things there. The pocket handkerchiefs for instance are lovely. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Allison, I noticed you changed your hairstyle. If you find your hair getting a tad thin, I would recommend not washing it as much with shampoo. I promise it will change the texture of your hair. I did the same thing. Just a thought. Cheerio! My whole shop watches your videos!

You are absolutely right. He has lost weight and this new haircut is not so good, because it makes him look like you say small boy, not an adult man. Hope Kirby won´t take this as an insult. The reason is, he is rather slim and this short haircut just shows too much of his face if you know, what I mean. His cheek bones are almost visible, just too sharp face and in overall he looks like a chap. It just doesn´t match his personality and age, but he only wanted to make a change, which I understand, but not every change is a better one. Longer hair and pomade, that is just real him.

I look forward to following this new series.I have a question, I know that maybe from Texas where you live getting to Italy is a lot of work and takes many hours of travel but have you ever thought about getting something commissioned from a real Italian tailor (maybe one from Naples). Considering that Italian jackets are less structured, lighter with a less rigid style compared to British jackets it would be interesting to also see the differences between the two schools of tailoring.Maybe give it some thought for the future?Greetings from Italy!!🇮🇹 Ps we all hope for a new collaboration with Simon Cundey from Henry Poole! Maybe a tad, to some. But more down to personal taste than an actual mistake: the patterns are different enough in style and size to make for an agreeable outfit. Don't discourage Kirby from venturing outside his comfort zone. 😅
