Huntington Beach is an awesome place to hike, swim or just chill on the bluffs overlooking the lake. Lake Erie is a unique and beautiful body of water that most residents of NE Ohio don’t fully take advantage of.

Headlands is a terrible beach. Loaded with rocks and the farther you travel East the worse it gets with debris and garbage. This has been like this for the last few years. Otherside of headlands (east) is fairport harbor and that beach is in my opinion the BEST beach in northeast Ohio.

These are not 'beaches' by any stetch of the imagination. Calling them beaches is like calling the banks of the Mississippi River beaches. They are lake shores. Beaches are only on an ocean or sea.

These are “beaches” the definition of beach is “a pebbly or sand shore, especially by the ocean” meaning it’s not just in the ocean
