I don't think one can learn reach B2 level in a couple of months in any language. Language learning takes time, it's a marathon not a race

Hi Bharat, i intend to study German from Hamburg and find it very difficult to determine which language school would be best for me to learn from A1 to C3 in one year. Your cgpa is converted to Germany cgpa scale usually ranging from 1 to 4 where 1 is highest and 4 is least.anywhere between 1 and 1.5 is considered very good(sehr gut)and between 1.51 to 2 is considered good(gut).but,most of the times universities consider your SOP and LOR than cgpa.
