Where have you tried watching it? If you aren't on a PC or on a 8K TV, most likely the KZbin App caps the Resolution to the displays native resolution or to an even lower one. There are some 4K TVs out there with an old Version of KZbin that doesn't support even 4K

I shoot videos on 12k sensor, uploading it in 8k resolution, so I can compare KZbin’s level of detail between original footage. Also KZbin does support 8k @60fps. There is not much 8k monitors but there is a lot of 8k TVs and if you don’t have one, it doesn’t mean than no-one does.
