feds fired 60+ rds of pistol ammo at platt and Matix in 1988 and only hit Platt 5x, 3 of which were execution shots fired into his head when he was bled out, unarmed and helpless. Matix was knocked out early in the fight but a .38 to his head, but it failed to penetrate his cranium he later staggered over to the cop car that Platt was trying to steal. If you'd fired 3 rds into Matix's head, with him unarmed and out of the fight for 3 minutes, you'd be doing 20 years in jail. If you'd fired 70 wild rds off god knows where, you'd have gotten at least 5 years of jail time for "callous disregard of the public welfare".

Liberty Arm's 50 gr solid copper hp, 2000-2100 fps, 3-4" barrels or in revolvers, 45--500 ft lbs. Because the bullet is so light, the recoil is very low. This beats hell out of .38 Special loads, cause .38 is so wussy-loaded here in the US. The same brand, same bullet in .38 is 1500 fps. a mere 280 ft lbs and might not even expand in lung tissue. That's the problem with .38 hps. Theyh aint moving fast enough to get reliable expansion in lung tissue. The lungs are just air sacks, actually. Animal tests prove this. What happens in jello is irrelevant.
