My collection, 92FS inox, handed down from dad, it's a first gen American ghost model. M9a3 with toni/beretta parts to make a semi race gun/Roland special. Apx full size with a second grip module set up for racing, and the safety module on the way. Apx centurion, with compact grip module And apx a1 tactical, with venom red dot, and a small micro comp. I would give my left**** to get my hands on and apx target, full size, standard with grey chassis, 5inch barrel with fiber target sight, and optic cut. I would like to get my hands on a 92x performance, the og without an optic cut And one of these squalos. That is a beautiful gun. I don't like to start anything, in regards to sig, as the 226 was just as good as the 92, but the apx is much better than the 320, and IMO beretta is a much better and finer company than sig will ever be.

This could be the best handgun in the world but I wouldn’t purchase anything produced by Beretta. Actually I wouldn’t take it if you gave it to me for free. Why? Because if a police officer purchases a brand new gun that has irregular defective sights that shoot a foot low at 25 yards by three different shooters and Beretta customer service tells you the gun functions within Berettas specifications, then the gun dealer has to have new sights installed on it at their expense to correct the issue and make the customer whole then I would say beretta customer service is trash. As a retired firearm dealer I can say they had the absolute worst customer service of any manufacturer in the industry. So bad I finally refused to sell them and as I mentioned I was a law enforcement dealer to the largest accredited sheriff department in the nation. When I stopped selling Beretta. The sheriff department stopped buying beretta also after I explained Beretta didn’t back its product and I could not afford to continue to pay to correct berettas defective products. I threatened to stop selling beretta to the main corporate rep and his exact words were, That sounds like an idle threat. He was wrong. Never sold another beretta the remaining 20 years before I retired. I still hold a grudge. I never screwed over any customer and treated all my customers like I would family so when beretta screwed me and my customer over then they won’t ever get another chance at redemption and I’ll make sure everyone knows how they acted.

In your opinion, would a IWI Masada Slim or CZ P10S be better for EDC? Both take full size mags as backups.
@onionhead5780Ай бұрын
@@thisismagacountry1318Everyone is different in how and what they carry. Being a gun dealer I had to carry all day long. I did not have the fortitude to carry a semiautomatic handgun all day long. I was kind of a wuss. Didn’t like it sticking in my kidneys or hanging on a chair armrest and such. I could carry it out to dinner or to the store but not all day everyday. Too bulky and bothersome. I hate revolvers but I ended up carrying a s&w titanium 357 snub nose revolver in my pocket every day because I live in south Florida and I wear a t shirt, shorts and flip flops most everywhere. It was comfortable for me because it weighed 11 ounces. I often forgot it was in my pocket. Felt like a wallet in your pocket. Very comfortable! I hated shooting it. Painful! It was a horrible brutal mule of a gun but I considered it an “Oh Shit” gut gun if I ever had to use it. That being said I would tell my customers get what they think they will really carry everyday because any gun in your pocket is better than it sitting at home on your nightstand. Both those handguns are good guns and if they were turds then I’d tell you truthfully if I thought that. You get what you like and not what someone else likes. Remember they aren’t meant to be range guns. You want the most comfortable to carry. I’m sorry I’ve rambled but I hoped this bit of advice and my experiences have helped. I normally carry a S&W Model 3914 DAO (8+1). But in situations where unusual things can happen, I like the 15 +1 capacity of the 92F. It's a bit large for EDC concealed carry in summer clothes in Florida. I'll stick with the one I have, but you can't go wrong with a Beretta 92 series handgun.

I am a Beretta fan but I actually don't like the frame mounted safety versions like this one. I have a 92x performance, which is very similar to this one in being a SAO with frame mounted safety, and my issue is that is hard to get a solid grip on it to rack. The area to grip the slide is small due to the contour and the safety makes it hard to get a decent grip on it without hitting your finger or slipping off trying to avoid it. FYI I also would not rack a Beretta from the front because I don't want to get burned by the barrel who absolutely does happen, and I don't find it helpful to practice something I can only do with a cold barrel. I know people complain that the typical frame mounted safety makes Berettas harder to grab but I feel the exact opposite after my experience with the frame mounted safety on the 92x performance. Although to be fair, the 92x performance has a polished slide rather than ceracote, so I am not sure this observation translates 100% to this model. However, it is all down to what you like and want to spend your money on. Do what makes you happy. I am sure this is 100% worth the money and will make its owners happy. I want Beretta and all the manufacturers to keep putting out new gun with different features. If its not for me, then oh well. It makes no sense to be in a hater community over guns you don't like.

TBH I thought the 92X Performance looked more striking with the shiny slide. This looks like a an ordinary cerakote job.

Is it at least a decocker safety?? I like the look of it but would prefer a sa da trigger

No sir Jimmy. It's a thumb safety only

berettas are great only problem there pricey the ones I have I got used and price is the reason girsan and the RIA mk9 are popular you are getting 92 that does not cost an arm and a leg it boils down to what you like and can afford

I wanted to love Beretta, but they screwed me over with a 92x compact and their cs is horrible and so is their optics mounting. I have so many screws now
