I think tracer’s recall is better than blink because it can cleanse everything and can easily get you out of tough situations.

soldier's legs are kind of broken! 2x speed, no cooldown, no cast time, keeps your momentum in a jump. i believe that ability is arguably the most impactful of his kit which is what makes it the best for me!
